I believe the update is for pixel bender toolkit 2.6 for flash which doesn't seem to be available anywhere on the adobe site that i can find.

Same issue here! That´s very annoying I had to convert the file to another format before adding it to Adobe Premier
See if installing the newest adobe application manager is able to get you that update.

That is, install the updated adobe application manager and then try Help>Updates from within one of the adobe applications.
Brand new iMac with latest Mac OS. Clean install of LR CC. SD card is from Canon 3Ti and has only Canon raw files, CR2 Extension. No jpegs, video etc. When inserting SD card into built in SD card reader or through external card reader the only option is Copy as DNG. Copy, Move and Add are greyed out and not available for selection. Same card in old computer allows Copy as an option. Any help or thoughts would be appreciated.
another option is a broadcast preset I made that automatically legalizes luma and chroma. Haven't gotten any negative feedback yet.
Plus it has soft rolloff built in, looks way better imho.
this will legalize all video to lumin 16-235
and chroma to 90% YUV and fit in all boxes of vectorscope YUV

Yes I am working everyday as Administrator, if i work on Adobe. But now i tried to start also Premiere Pro as Administrator. But it didnt help
We are experiencing the same issue as well. Our mobile app, built with PhoneGap cli 6.2 downloads to a device running Android Oreo Beta, but the app is stuck for awhile at the splash screen, and it goes into a blank (black) screen. Meanwhile we can load our app in a web browser without any errors on the console.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

It certainly won't run Premiere Pro. It doesn't meet the minimum requirements:

It may run Photoshop or Illustrator.

Moreover, I noticed that when pressing <CTRL>+<H>, the object marker box is also hidden while pressing the <CTRL> key alone. So in combination that's excact what I've been looking for.
