PS Elements 15
I have tried unsuccessfully to contact Adobe support....... continuous merry go round without actually contacting anyone!
I am using a HP pavilion HPE PC with 8gb ram and 2tb hard disk with windows 10 home.
Having installed licenced / purchased photo shop elements 15 all seems well until selecting the programme to run....... I have un-installed, re-installed several times with the same result! The programme simply displays the following:
" The application was unable to start correctly (Oxc000007b). Click OK to close the application. "
Having paid the purchase fee and being unable to use the software, contact with Adobe proves impossible.
I have registered a resolution via Pay pal in frustration!
Being an existing user of PS 11 I really wanted this upgrade. Is there a solution to this problem PLEASE ?

Does it give any other message or contact link?
Is PSE11 a full retail version? Was it purchased directly from Adobe or from a re-seller?
The serial number should be 24 digits (all numbers and no letters) commencing 1057 – please don’t post it in public forums.

Re: Elements in Responsive Widgets not consistent
This works fine here. The preconditions:
- You have to use the newest version of Muse 2017.1.
- The shadowed box has to be a rectangle (not a picture box) with scaling set to „Responsive width“, not „Responsive Width and Height". If this is set, the rectangle will adapt its height according to the elements within. No grouping necessary!
- The text box under the video has to be set to „Responsive Width“.
- The video itself should scale proportionally– what the built in YouTube widget does.
- No element needs any pinning.

Unable to print to .pdf after acrobat reader dc update.
I am running acrobat reader dc on a windows 7 computer. AR automatically updated on 08/08/2017. Before that I could print to a .pdf from any of my programs. After the update the option to print to a .pdf is no longer available. I have uninstalled the program, rebooted and reinstalled and still the same problem.
Also, I am unable to delete the update in my control panel. Can you tell me why and how to fix this?

Hi Anand,
I have done this and now it does something slightly different. The program launches and you can briefly see the welcome screen, then it immediately closes. There are no error messages or warnings now to give you a clue as to why it it failing. Any ideas ?

Saved essential graphics file not appearing, help please!
I'm trying to import an effect I created in After Effects into Premiere Pro. I saved in After Effects under Essential Graphics, and when I go to Essential Graphics in Premiere Pro, it isn't showing up. I've tried saving 3 different times, restarting both programs, etc, and nothing is working! I even found this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mq0ew6mOaF0 where at 5:29 it explains exactly how the save/open in premier pro should work. Does anyone have any ideas of what could be wrong?? TYIA!!

This is not a Photoshop message. It is a Windows message that your operating system's security settings is displaying, Windows wants a password before it will allow you to open the file.

Trouble Getting back hard work
Hello my name is Shacarla and I've been using Adobe for years I was trying to work on my latest script but when I opened the document apparently it said I was on page 53, I have wrote over 70 page of my script and I am very sad that all my hard work have went to waste, is there anyone who can help me out here plz.
