Premiere Pro will not install or run on 32 bit operating systems. It is 64 bit only.

Re: File preview thumbnails aren't working for Acrobat DC files in Windows Explorer
Here it is the only and universal solution for our problem:
- Disable "Enable PDF thumbnail previews in Windows Explorer" in Adobe Reader/Acrobat
- Download this file and extract the content: PDF Shell Extension
- Copy the folder "Tracker Software" to C:\Program Files\
- Run CMD as Administrator and write the following commands:
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Tracker Software\Shell Extensions\XCShInfo.dll"
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Tracker Software\Shell Extensions\Win32\XCShInfo.dll"
A message window will be shown telling everything it's ok. If it's not, maybe you didn't have done any of the steps correctly.
Reboot your computer and enjoy!

Re: Double-sided printing problem
My printer supports double-sided printing (I could print when I used windows 7). I will describe my problem as an example. For example, I have 20 pages for printing. When I selected double-printing, after I clicked print. Firtsly, front pages are printed and they collected at the table. After, I put back them to table and put printer button. Printer could take back front pages into and it printed their behind page.
However, I can not do this now (after upgraded windows 10). When I selected double sided printing, printer does not print anything.
I noticed that problem does not occur when I select "manual feed" in the properties-->"paper". When automatic is selected, printer does not print anything. I selected manual feed, firstly it prints first page after I put back first page to table of printer and put its button. It works. When I used windows 7, I selected double sided printing and all of the first pages are printed. I put back all of the papers to table again and put the botton of printer. Printer prints all of the back pages. However, automatic mode could work when I used windows 7. I guess that it is about software error. I can not used manual feed always. Because it takes time. After one page is printed after I put back to table again. Is this problem about my printer software or adobe?

Re: It is impossible to install Creative Cloud on any drive but the C drive?
No, it's not common knowledge to anyone new to Adobe CC and installing for the first time. I assumed, like almost everyone else, that we'd get to choose what drive we wanted to install at the time of installation. Unfortunately, for me, and many others, that wasn't the case and it's not explained in the install or specs information. Would be very useful if there was information on the actual install page before clicking on install, informing us of the fact. More wasted time trying to get this sorted instead of being able to use the programs I just paid for less than 12 hours ago.
Also information on the section 'can I install on a different drive' on this page: Frequently asked questions about using Photoshop Lightroom with Creative Cloud would be useful to actually explain how rather than just saying it can be done.

I certainly apologize. I will not ask you any more questions ever. Just because I have the ACP designation doesn't mean that I have a crystal ball. I don't know anything about you. I don't know what background you have. I don't know why you want to be a beta tester. I don't know what your motivation is. And if I'm not allowed to ask any questions (according to you) then there is any way for me to find out any answers. And without finding out the answers there isn't any way to provide any real help. So I'll leave that to others.

Please try the troubleshooting steps from the following link: Resolve Acrobat DC intermittent crashes on Windows assuming you are using a Windows computer.
If this does not help , please share the following details:
- Please confirm the version of Acrobat installed on your computer?
To check the version of Acrobat, launch Acrobat>navigate to Help menu>select About Adobe Acrobat.
- Which operating system do you have- Windows/Mac?

That screenshot is actually from a Mac.
It is your OS X operating system asking for your local admin username and password on your computer (not your Adobe ID) for permission to make changes (i.e. install files) on your local hard drive. You'll see it whenever you install any new software - not just Adobe.

Open Windows File Explorer, go to This PC, and see if you see any new drive letters appearing at the time the Import window opens. (Various apps and utilities can create drive letters without any hardware being attached.)

global debugging object, whatever that means,
$.locale designated the operating systems language,
$.os is the operating system name

Filter issues & other weird things on PS CC 2017
For the past 2 days I've been having major issues with PS CC 2017.
Just now I copied & pasted a portion of one file into another (both files are the same size & resolution, one being a modified duplicate of the other) and the pasted portion resized itself to huge. I was able to resize it but it's just weird and annoying.
Yesterday the photocopy filter just stopped working ... instead of doing what it does it just came up with a grey screen regardless of what setting I used. I tried clearing the cache, rebooting, and finally reinstalling it completely. Didn't help at all.
Earlier yesterday I had drawn a path around an object to delete the background. The whole image ended up with a dark 1-2 pt line through it. Tried a bunch of stuff and nothing fixed it. Finally had to fix it with the clone tool.
Running on a MacBook Pro (Retina, Early 2013), OS X El Capitan v 10.11.6
Is it a really buggy version or what?

Hello there.
Can somebody explain to me why lens profiles (and camera profiles) appear complete in Photoshop 2015.5.0 (with Camera Raw 9.12) and partial in Lightroom 6.12 but magically appear complete again in Lightroom if I convert the NEF file to DNG?
Some of the Adobe programmers did that on purpose or it's just a casual oversight...?
Lightroom cannot automatically select the correct camera and lens if you are using RAW, but only if you use DNG.
I spent two days banging my head on the wall before I found the solution

Basically put son's face on lower layer with the poster image on layer above. Use a Layer Mask to reveal son's face.

Photoshop Elements 15
I've had PS Elements 12 on my Dell computer and have now bought a MacBook Pro. I just upgraded to the Photoshop Elements 15 on my Mac and this is the message I get. Does this mean I can't open up Photoshop until the 24 hours is passed? I'm not proficient at this so please give me some mercy.

Si el creador de un archivo PDF lo protegió con contraseña, sus razones tendría, y tú no puedes hacer nada al respecto (salvo pedirle la contraseña) sólo con el Reader gratuito.
