I'm on CC...suddenly my chosen completion sound (found in general preferences) for export is not audible. Sound on computer is OK and working...is there some other place to check on this. Not the world ending or anything, but irritating that I cannot find and correct the problem...
Nice to see you here! I came across your post when reviewing some older posts. Are you still having the issue?
As long as the item is checked in General Preferences, the chime should play on completing an encoding job. What you might try is resetting preferences. To do so, press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) while the application is starting.
